Private Party

Party Packages 1-3 below include:

- Accomodation for up to 30 children.

- 2 hours of private use of the eating area and playground.

Semi-Private Party

With a semi-private booking, the facility is either exclusively shared between two families or the party will occur during "open to public" hours. Each party is limited to 15 children, including the birthday child.Party Packages 4 - 6 include:- 2 hours of shared time in the playground.- Use of either the eating area (reserved tables) or party room, subject to availability.- Birthday child receives free admission to Aplaydia on their next visit!Package 4: Bring Your Own Make it your very own! Planning a party in the daytime?

Between 10 am - 2 pm , Monday to Wednesday, book the party room for $50 plus HST and enjoy 2 hours of use! Just pay admission for the number of guests that show up. Remember, admissions are all-day passes when open to public!

Private Parties can book the Party room for an additional $50 plus HST. (subject to availability)Page 4- During private and semi-private parties which are shared between two families, Aplaydia is CLOSED to the public.- SOCKS are required for EVERYONE (even adults!) at all times in the playground area. Hosts are recommended to bring extra socks for their guests of the party.- You are most welcome to bring your own food, drinks and cake, but remember, no eating in the playground area and no peanut/nut products. There is no fridge or freezer on the premises. Also, pinatas are not allowed on the premises.- An $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.- Reservations can be held for 48 hours without deposit. If the deposit has not been received after the 48 hours, the date and time shall immediately become available to the public without notice.- PARTY CANCELLATIONS: With a minimum of 14 days notice from event, the deposit can be used, without penalty, towards another date within 60 days of original booking. (Please note that a $50 fee will be charged for each subsequent rescheduling). If less than 14 days notice, the deposit is withheld by Aplaydia and can no longer be used towards another date by the customer. - A staff member will be present at the party; however, it will be the sole responsibility of the host/parents/caregivers to supervise guests at all times.- Parties staying past their booked time will be subject to a late fee.Party TimesLimited time slots.
